Dr. Laurie Johnson, Licensed Professional Counselor, established the Skills for Living Institute, Inc. in 1988, to help empower people to live life to the fullest. Over the last 24 years, she has helped Adolescents and Adults uncover self-defeating habits and beliefs, and discover new strategies for developing rewarding relationships and for pursuing their dreams. Her services include: Counseling, Coaching, Consultation, Training, Workshop Leadership, Team Building Facilitation, and Motivational Speaking. She also offers Personality Assessment, a Coping Skills Inventory/Interpretive Reports and psychoeducational testing. She is a specialist in the areas of: child and adult ADD/ADHD, Grief/Bereavement, Communication Skills, Relationship Repair, Parenting, Adolescence, Midlife Issues, Burnout, Motivation, Personality Dynamics, Stress Management, and Career Counseling.
